I have to say that the Go-Getter's name says it all!! He is great at following up, but not a pushy salesman. He has the knowledge and the expertise you desperately need when you are searching for your "dream home".
He also has great contacts that come in very handy when it comes to "process" of getting the home we all dream of.

Hello to those in search of a good REALTOR – Given that I am a Florida REALTOR and am Broker of my own firm my definition of a good REALTOR may be a bit more emphatic than some. First of all I searched for someone that would respond (quickly) to my emails, calls and questions – John did this. Then I searched for someone that understood the Atlanta condo market – John knew it well. And last, but not least, I wanted someone that would not give up – John didn’t!
Much of our communication was by automated systems – showing feedbacks, stats in what’s selling, etc. BUT, I always wanted more and John always supplied the extra information. The most important communication came when it was finally time to negotiate a contract – once again John’s input was valuable and we did sell. John helped me rent out my condo after having it up for sale didn't work in this market. a few sentences would describe him to the "T".
1.) John is a hard working individual. whenever I talked to him he was showing or on his way to a showing......whether it be on sunday or 9PM.
2.) John's communication is excellent. you always knew what the status of your place was. email/text messages/phone calls.....now matter what, he was on top of it.
3.) John did A LOT of work for me considering the relatively low payout of renting my place. He not only found me my renter, he took care of ALL the ins and outs of renting the place. contracts/background checks...etc,
4.) John's marketing/staging techniques were also nice. I found my place at the top of most property sales sites......usually in the "featured" sections! I was very impressed. he also put descripive signs throughout my condo as well as personalized water bottles and mints!....cool!

| Working with John was a pleasure all in its self. In first meeting him, he was very accessible, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that he was providing the best service for his customer. Over the course of 2 months John was in contact with me almost daily with houses that he previewed or new listing that popped up in his daily listing search.
